All lessons take place on Zoom. You will be contacted shortly after purchase to schedule a lesson time.

Lesson Policy

1. No Refunds After Scheduling
   Once lessons have been scheduled, payments are non-refundable.

2. Weekly Lessons
   Lessons take place on a weekly basis at a consistent time, based on the instructor's availability.

3. Scheduling & Availability
   Lesson times are subject to availability. If a mutually suitable time cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation & Make-Up Policy

   • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a lesson and be eligible for a make-up session.

   • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of that lesson.

   • Make-up lessons must be scheduled and completed within one week of the originally scheduled lesson.
