No Refunds After Scheduling
Once lessons have been scheduled, payments are non-refundable.Weekly Lessons
Lessons take place on a weekly basis at a consistent time, based on the instructor's availability. Bundle lessons expire 30 days after your first session. For biweekly lessons, you will need to purchase single lessons instead.Scheduling & Availability
Please note that lesson times are subject to availability. In the event that a mutually agreeable time cannot be arranged, a refund will be processed, subject to a 4% transaction fee. To avoid this, it is recommended to contact me first before booking.Cancellation & Make-Up Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a lesson and be eligible for a make-up session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of that lesson.
Make-up lessons must be scheduled and completed within one week of the originally scheduled lesson.
