All lessons take place on Zoom. To avoid scheduling conflicts, please contact me in advance to confirm availability.

Lesson Policy

1. No Refunds After Scheduling
   Once lessons have been scheduled, payments are non-refundable.

2. Weekly Lessons
   Lessons take place on a weekly basis at a consistent time, based on the instructor's availability.

3. Scheduling & Availability
   Please note that lesson times are subject to availability. In the event that a mutually agreeable time cannot be arranged, a refund will be processed, subject to a 4% transaction fee. To avoid this, it is recommended to contact me first before booking.

4. Cancellation & Make-Up Policy

   • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a lesson and be eligible for a make-up session.

   • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of that lesson.

   • Make-up lessons must be scheduled and completed within one week of the originally scheduled lesson.
